For Huxley House, we created a signature blend of: 40% Nepalese | 40% Indian | 20% Brazilian. The result is a balanced and approachable coffee with subtle sweetness, warm spice notes, and a smooth chocolate finish. What makes this blend unique is the Nepalese coffee at its heart. Sourced through the story-driven project 80 Days Coffee, these beans help create sustainable work opportunities in Nepal, allowing families to stay together and build a better future through coffee farming.

Huxley House partners with Zielinski & Rozen, a century-spanning niche perfume house revived by perfumer Erez Rozen through rediscovered family recipes inspired by his personal travels and storytelling.

Each fragrance is crafted as an unseen accessory, subtle, refined, and designed to reflect individuality, emotion, and sophistication. With a collection of over 20 unique scents, spanning perfumes and bath and body care products, Zielinski & Rozen blends heritage, artistry, and modern elegance into everyday rituals.

For Huxley House, Zielinski & Rozen introduces Black Pepper, Vetiver, Neroli, Amber, one of its signature fragrances, featured throughout the bathroom amenities. The olfactory identity complements the refined aesthetics of Huxley House and the neighbourhood atmosphere, where a local character meets the energy of the city at the edge of Zuid and Old-West.

The composition opens with the clarity of black pepper, settles into the smoky depth of vetiver, and is softened by neroli, while warm amber and cedar leave a lasting, elegant impression, balanced, distinctive, and quietly intriguing.

Our daily light breakfast will be prepared freshly by our partner bakery “De Laatste Kruimel” in Amsterdam;

In a small street in the heart of Amsterdam, you will find windows filled with cakes, a counter people quietly study while choosing their favorite slice, and tables slowly filling with guests starting their day or settling in for lunch. This is De Laatste Kruimel. (literally translated as “the last bread crumb”)

For more than 15 years “De Laatste Kruimel” has been baking cakes with love, just as they did when they first opened their doors, with the two owners in the kitchen. Over the years De Laatste Kruimel has grown into something bigger, with a wonderful team that now feels like family. Their cakes remain at the heart of what they do, surrounded by generous breakfasts and comforting lunches, simple, honest food that people can enjoy slowly and feel at home with.

De Laatste Kruimel has never tried to be perfect, only warm, welcoming, and real. A place where people return again and again, sometimes for the cake, sometimes for breakfast, but often simply for the feeling of being there !
